That is the corner Unicorp is about to demolish, and the concepts the developer is chasing suggest the Row's next chapter will be written from that intersection outward rather than from the older anchors inward.

This is the shift worth watching. The Sand Lake dining corridor grew organically across forty years, one lease at a time. What arrives on the old Valley Bank parcel will be curated in a single stroke, and the tenant mix is being sourced from outside Florida on purpose.
